ABTB - Brazilian Association of Rubber Technology, was established on May, 31st, 1977, in São Paulo with the following principles:
Congregate all the specialists in Brazil dedicated to the rubber technology and similar activities.
Promote the progress and the spreading of the knowledge of technology of the rubber, organizing meetings of study, research, courses, seminaries, congresses, publications, etc...
Keep interchange with technicians and technical associations, universities and centers of research, in Brazil and with other countries.
